Xu Bin made his acting debut in 2012, starring in the Singaporean movie Timeless Love, directed by Lim Koong Hwee and Dasmond Koh. His television debut came a year later in Don’t Stop Believin’, which catapulted him to stardom and garnered widespread popularity. Some of his notable works include Poetic Justice (2012), It Takes Two (2012), The Recruit Diaries (2013), Gonna Make It (2013), Spice Up (2014), World At Your Feet (2014), Against The Tide (2014), 118 and 118 II (2014, 2017), You Can Be An Angel Too (2015), Crescendo (2015), The Queen (2016), Doppelganger (2018) and Magic Chef (2018).
Xu Bin's dedication to his craft has earned him numerous accolades. He has consistently been nominated for the Star Awards' Top 10 Most Popular Male Artistes, Favourite Male Character and Best Supporting Actor categories, winning the Top 10 Favourite Male Artistes award five times. Notably, he was nominated for Best Supporting Actor at the Star Awards 2019 for his role in Doppelganger. In 2015, he was also honored as "Duke of the Duke".
Expanding his horizons, Xu Bin made his international silver screen debut in 2022 with the Thai horror film The Antique Shop, collaborating with talents from Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia and Korea. In 2024, he continued to make waves with high-profile projects like the film The Chosen One and the thriller drama Kill Sera Sera.
