Financial Statements and Related Announcement: Auditor's Comments of Accounts

Pursuant to Rule 704(4) of the Listing Manual Section B: Rules of Catalist of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited SGX-ST Board, independent auditor, Foo Kon Tan LLP Auditor included a going concern section in their financial statements of the Company. After considering the measures presented by the Company, the Board and the management believe that the Company has adequate resources to continue their operations as a going concern.
