Entry into a convertible loan agreement

The Convertible Loan Agreement was entered into in connection with the Golden Singa Awards, an annual Chinese film award show held in Singapore on 1 December 2025, which was organised by NTM Masterpiece Pte Ltd a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
