Pursuant to Rule 704(4) of the Listing Manual Section B: Rules of Catalist of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited SGX-ST Board, independent auditor, Foo Kon Tan LLP Auditor have included a Material Uncertainty related to Going Concern section in their Independent Auditors' Report in relation to the audited consolidated financial statements of the Group and the Company for the financial year ended 30 June 2025.
